Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our boutique warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
